For an alternative Mother's Day, we invite women of all backgrounds to come together in a nurturing space for our workshop, Daughters of Mothers. Whether you cherish a close bond with your mother, have complicated feelings, or feel no connection at all, this gathering is for you. After all, every woman carries the legacy of her maternal lineage.

Breathwork & Sound Bath:

Experience a magical breathwork session combined with a soothing sound bath, designed to release tension and invite peace into your heart. Let the healing vibrations wash over you as you connect with your inner self.

Ancestral Meditation:

Be guided in a transformative meditation curated to connect with our matriarchal ancestors. Ask them for guidance and see what comes out for you.

Personal Reflection:

Participate in guided journaling to identify the unique gifts you’ve inherited, empowering you to embrace your strengths and honor your lineage.
